I am thankful everyday that I found Ryan Toth and Total Core Fitness Boot Camp.  I have always been also to lose weight, but I have ALSO been able to gain it back and then some. That is because temporarily changing my eating habits and not exercising was not increasing my health or providing me with anything sustainable.  I have NEVER able to stick to an exercise regiment before boot camp. I joined boot camp as a one month deal to jump start ANOTHER attempt at a lifestyle change, but I am now addicted!!  I have never been a particularly athletic person, but now because of boot camp I am doing things that surprise me and my family.  I never would have thought of running (for fun) before and now I have even completed a 5K.  I keep coming back to camp month after month  because it is fun, it challenges me, and now I have fellow campers as friends and we push one another to do more and be better.  I am a better wife, mother, and a better me thanks to my fellow campers and Ryan Toth/Total Core Fitness Boot camp.
 

     

 

 

I joined the Total Core Fitness camp in November of 2008.  At first it was very difficult for me to do the exercises because I was extremely out of shape and weighed over 200 lbs but with Ryan's guidance and the encouragement from other boot campers, I decided to stick with it.  

Each week, I  felt stronger, had more energy and began losing weight.  I attended every session of camp, rarely missing a day.  Ryan provided us with the proper tools to succeed.  Now since starting camp in 2008, I have lost over 30 lbs and dropped 6 dress sizes. Needless to say I am very happy, healthy and more confident now.   The camp has changed my life.

 


 

Boot camp has been a life changing experience for me.  Spending most of my adult life overweight I had reached a point in my life where I had accepted I would always be fat.  It was a depressing thought but one I thought I had to accept.  Enter my friend who kept telling me about boot camp and how wonderful it was. Yeah right...me in boot camp...I still have nightmares about gym class...how could I possibly do a hard core boot camp.  Well I finally gave in and decided I'd go to one class.  I survived it!!. I remember walking away from class and Ryan asking me if he'd see me tomorrow...I found myself telling him "yes" I would be back.  I began to change my mindset...I don't have to accept my body as is...I can work on changing it.  Ryan has helped keep me stay on track and pushed me further and harder than I think I can go.  Class is always challenging, and though I still  sometimes come out of it thinking "I survived it" the change is I now know I'm going to keep going back. In just 12 short weeks I lost 21 lbs and 19 inches it was an amazing feeling of accomplishment.  So each time I enter class now I know I'm going to be pushed hard, I know I'm going to probably feel it in the morning, and I know that I'm going to be just a little bit closer to my own personal goals.  After all is said and done I'm the only one standing in the way of my own success, because boot camp has given me all the tools I need to succeed, and I plan on being Ryan's biggest success!!

 

 

I have never been able to find an exercise routine that I could stick toBut then again, this isn’t an exercise routine; it is a way of life!  It isn’t easy in the beginning, but it is so worth it!  I have never been in better shape!  Ryan has not only pushed me to my limit physically, but he has helped me to make better choices in my diet, and I have lost over 20 pounds and 15 inches since I have started.  It is the best thing I have ever done for my body, and myself.  Someone asked when I was going to realize that I could join a gym for less and get the same workout.  Let’s see…a personal trainer (4x a week, not once a week) who cares enough to find out where I am when I do not show up for a class, diet tips and measurements at the beginning and end of every session, a limited class size so that I get personal attention during every class…..is that worth the price I pay for camp?  ABSOLUTELY!!  A gym membership cannot compare to the personal attention you get at Total Core Fit Camp. 

 

 

I have been in camp for about 9 months and it has changed my life not only physically but mentally as well. I was always active in sports but as most of us do I gained the college 15 and have struggled to loose it ever since. I was tired of the gym and wanted to change things up. Finding boot camp was the best thing that ever happened to me. Camp is now apart of my lifestyle and I could not imagine a day without it. I have reached my goal weight and have never been so confident in my body. Ryan has been a great influence and has pushed me beyond my expectations. He has taught me that working out and being healthy can be fun and easy. I am Ryan's biggest fan and find myself telling other people how boot camp has changed my life in hopes that it will impact other people as much as it has impacted me.

Boot Camp has challenged me in ways I never knew possible- physically and mentally. It is an INTENSE and yet a FUN workout.. and I realize that the word intense and fun are different for everyone but for me INTENSE is walking out of camp completely drenched in sweat and (fun is) waking up the next day looking forward to more of the same. I started camp in June of 2008 with the expectation that I would lose weight, improve my endurance as well as gain strength and confidence.  Well almost a year later my endurance has improved (I remember a time when I couldn't hold a plank position for more than 15 seconds and now I can hold it for a minute and a half), I feel stronger physically and mentally and I am confident that I WILL be successful at meeting my goal weight.  Over the past year I have become aware of minor health conditions that are impeding on my success but that has just made me push myself harder at camp. The weight and inches are coming off and it's taken a year to become patient with it.  Boot Camp has become a lifestyle for me and is now apart of my daily routine.  It's something that I look forward to doing for myself- so much so that I opt for more on Saturdays at weekend warriors.  I absolutely LOVE Boot Camp!!

 

 

 

I was a size 16 and now boast about being a size 5!

I joined boot camp in 2007. My life has changed completely as a result of this wonderful program. Ryan Toth has served as “my inspiration” and has lent his guidance and encouragement through this process of “change.”  I am now maintaining a significant weight loss of 45 pounds. I was a size 16 and now boast about being a size 5! I now eat more carefully and healthfully and find that the foods I used to eat, no longer interest me. The compliments I receive regularly keep me motivated

That's exactly what camp has done for me…it's made me a much happier person who smiles a whole lot more.  I didn't realize how much confidence camp would give me and how much it would change my attitude about life and a healthier living.  I started with Ryan in March with no intension of staying past the summer. Here I am in December, and am still a loyal boot camp member, with no intension of leaving! My goal for camp when I first started was simply to loose some weight, which I did. I lost over 15 pounds and a ton of inches.
