What Campers Are Saying

"I have never been a fan of working out and going to the gym was always more of an obligation for me than something I looked forward to. After joining camp, I look forward to my workouts . My diet has improved and I have found that I don't feel I have to push myself to do so, it just is something that I want to do for myself now. Even as I plan my summer off, I find myself thinking about how I can schedule time to attend the camp sessions over the summer!" - Mona F. Sayreville (has lost over 11 pounds and 19 inches off total body)

"This class works all aspects of your body, not just focusing on one area. I FEEL GREAT and most importantly people are seeing a difference in my appearance!!!"

- Freddie, New Brunswick

"Camp is not what I expected…it is better.  I expected difficult work outs but what is unexpected is the motivation brought on by the other participants…" - Robyn B. Edison

"This camp has completely exceeded my expectations and would recommend it to everyone.  The activities are very creative and never boring.  You push our limits because you know we can do it and make it so much fun at the same time"  -Nikki A. Monmouth Junction.
