"I feel great! The first week was tough-I have to admit. However, I just figured if I could make it through the first week-then I could do this! Camp is definitely what I expected-it’s totally challenging. I find myself pushing harder and harder each class. It’s totally the jump start my body and mind needed to get back into shape. I find myself making better food choices and taking the steps (as opposed to the elevator) whenever possible. My clothes started fitting me differently-only after one week! It’s amazing-you just have to set your mind to it, stay focused and committed. The problem I’ve always had is that I never make time for me. I finally have made some time for ME, and only an hour a week-four days a week-has already shown me results. Total Core Fitness BootCamp and Ryan Toth have been such assets to both my physical and mental well being. I joined in January as part of my annual New Years Resolution to get in shape, but from the minute I stepped into the first class, I knew I had found something different. Ryan has the unique ability to create an atmosphere where you feel like you are getting all the benefits of a one-to-one personal trainer, while getting the camaraderie of a class environment. As a working mom I look forward everyday to “my time” when I am in class and doing something that is for me. Ryan is always changing things up, so it never gets boring. "After recently getting engaged I decided I had to get myself in shape for my beach wedding. I saw an ad in a local newspaper for "Boot Camp", and thought I should give it a try. I signed up for one month, and now I am on my third month of going to "Boot Camp"- I even go sometimes on Saturdays, for the Weekend Warrior class. Ryan is really dedicated to what he does and enjoys it. He never repeats a class, so it never gets repetitive, just more intense. After losing 20 ponds at the gym I found that
I hit a plateau, I couldn't lose anymore weight! I was struggling to vary
my workout with no success. I decided to research fitness boot camps
online after seeing a friend that had such great success with one out in
California. After making some calls, I found Ryan to be very motivating,
reassuring and professional (and the price is right!!!). His class is set
at a great pace for everyone involved. All of the instructors push us to
achieve the results we want (yes it is hard work but hey, we signed up to
make a change didn't we?). We've worked hard together and the class feels

I’ve never been one to
effectively use gym equipment by myself. I’d much rather meet with an
instructor and interact with others. So, when I first received an email
about Total Core Fitness Boot Camp I figured it was just what I’ve been
looking for…and it totally was! I’ve met so many great people, the
workout is intense but a lot of fun and Ryan is a really dedicated fitness
