Boot Camp is who we are and what we are known for. This program was designed back in 2007 and started in a park with just a ball and a cone, today we have 2 locations.The goal of camp is to help people get out of their own way with having a new workout every day, a fun and motivated environment and being part of our kick ass fit family.
